H.R. 10512–Rep. Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR)/Education and the Workforce (12/19/2024)–A bill to extend the RAISE Family Caregivers Act.  

Human Trafficking 

S. 5567––Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)/Judiciary (12/17/2024)––A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a study to assess the unintended impacts on the health and safety of people engaged in transactional sex, in connection with the enactment of the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 and the loss of interactive computer services that host information related to sexual exchange, to direct the Attorney General to submit a report on human trafficking investigations and prosecutions in connection with the same, and for other purposes.

Sports 

S. Res. 942–Sen. Eric Schmidt (R-MO)/Commerce, Science, and Transportation (12/21/2024)–A resolution congratulating the Washington University in St. Louis Bears women’s soccer team for winning the 2024 NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship. 

STEM 

H.R. 10518–Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH)/Education and the Workforce (12/19/2024)–A bill to provide grants to local educational agencies to encourage girls and underrepresented minorities to pursue studies and careers in STEM fields. 

Tax Policy 

S. 5566–Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)/Finance (12/17/2024)–A bill to exclude from gross income any judgments, awards, and settlements with respect to sexual assault or sexual harassment claims, and for other purposes.
