On February 2, the House failed to override President Obama’s veto of H.R. 3762, the Restoring American’s Health Care Freedom Reconciliation Act. The 241-186 tally fell short of the two-thirds majority vote needed to override the veto.
The president vetoed H.R. 3762 on January 8 (see The Source, 1/8/16).
