Senate Committee Holds Hearing on Hazing, Sexual Assault at Universities

On July 13, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee held a hearing, “Campus Safety: Improving Prevention and Response Efforts.”

The following witnesses testified:

• Melynda Huskey, interim vice president, Student Affairs, dean of Students, Washington State University;

• Joseph Storch, associate counsel, the State University of New York; and
• Jane Clementi, co-founder, the Tyler Clementi Foundation.
