House Passes Bill to Reauthorize Breast Cancer Stamp

On December 1, the House passed, by 422-1, the Breast Cancer Research Stamp Reauthorization Act (S. 1170). The Senate passed the legislation on September 22 (see The Source, 9/25/15).

The measure, sponsored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), would reauthorize the breast cancer stamp through 2019 and confirm that any funds generated through sales of the postage stamp are used for breast cancer research.
