On September 27, the House approved, 325-72, the Small Business Investment Act (H.R. 3567), after rejecting, 183-213, a motion to recommit by Rep. Tim Walberg (R-MI). The House Small Business Committee passed the measure on September 20 (see The Source, 9/21/07).
