Lucy Hankinson worked as a legislative fellow in the office of Representative Betty McCollum (MN-04). A native of Vermont, she received her B.A. in History and Environmental Studies at Sweet Briar College. Lucy then earned her Master’s International, which combined a Master’s in Public Administration at George Mason University with two years of Peace Corps service in Panama.
