Julie Schwartz worked as a legislative fellow in the office of Representative Lois Capps (CA-24). She was a 2013 graduate of Tulane University with an MPH in Environmental Health and Disaster Management. Her Tulane practicum was completed at the Mary Amelia Women’s Center. Prior to graduate school, Julie served as a volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps, Philippines.
