Caitlin Grady worked as a legislative fellow in the office of Representative Betty McCollum (MN-04). She received her PhD in Ecological Sciences and Environmental Engineering from Purdue University. Both during and prior to graduate school, Caitlin performed evaluation research on water and food security development programs in over 11 different countries. Caitlin was the Elizabeth Ehrenfeld Fellow.
