On February 28, WCPI celebrated the impact of women in the 115th Congress at our annual congressional gala.
We were pleased to hear from Republican Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers and Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, the highest ranking women in their respective parties; Reps. Susan Brooks and Lois Frankel, Co-Chairs of the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues, and other current and former Members of Congress, as they shared the important role women in promoting bipartisanship in Congress.
Thanks to the nearly 400 attendees, including federal agency officials, corporate and labor supporters, senior congressional staff, and women’s group for their support, and a very special thanks to our 2018 Congressional Gala sponsors who helped make this evening possible.
