On October 8, the House approved, by unanimous consent, a bill (S. 2895) that would authorize the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, to be illuminated by pink lights in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Senate approved the measure by unanimous consent on October 5. It will now go to the White House for President Bush’s signature.
