On October 3, the Senate approved, by unanimous consent, S. Con. Res. 45, a resolution commending the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation for its work in aiding children and families affected by child abuse, and designating November 2007 as National Courage Month. The Senate Judiciary Committee approved the resolution on September 27 (see The Source, 9/28/07).
