On November 14, the House passed, by voice vote, H.R. 1209, the Improving Access to Maternity Care Act, sponsored by Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX).
The House Energy and Commerce Committee approved the bill on September 21 (see The Source, 9/23/16).
